I reached out to Nicky early in the morning, and she responded immediately, letting me know she could take me the same day. From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands! When I arrived, her shop was clean, welcoming, and professional. Not long after I got there, her daughter arrived, and the two of them got straight to work—no breaks, no distractions, just pure dedication. In just about five hours, my box braids were done, and they were absolutely flawless! Nicky’s professionalism, skill, and reliability have made me a loyal customer for life.
